PUTU IRON ORE MINE (PIOM) PROJECT FAKE ACQUISITIONS
The Ministry of Mines and Energy has come across series of proposals and claims of ownership for the development of the Putu Iron Ore Mine(PIOM) Project emanating from several groups including the Blue Ocean Liberia Mining Corporation (bolminingcorp.com), AABF, etc. The Ministry wishes to make it emphatically clear that it has no knowledge, information, or records of these purported groups and claims.
The public must be warned that all Transfer of Mineral Rights, Titles, and Change of Controls are governed by the New Minerals and Mining Law (NMML) of 2000, a Mineral Development Aagreement (MDA), the Regulations Governing Exploration Activities in Liberia of 2010 and other laws of general application.
We therefore warn all potential investors and the General public to be mindful and take heed.
