Hon. Eudora Blay-Pritchard

Deputy Minister for Administration,

Ministry of Mines and Energy, Republic of Liberia

 

The Minister is a financial management professional, and an administrator, with a strong track record of success working with national, international, private sector, and other non-governmental stakeholders to develop and accomplish sustainable human resource development goals as well as financial management and governance objectives. She is a MIDP Fellow, with post graduate degrees in International Development Policy and Business Administration with emphasis in Finance.

 

She currently oversees the Ministry’s administrative affairs, working with the minister to manage all legal, financial, budgetary, procurement, human resources, logistics, supplies, maintenance, information technology, and public relations activities. and acts as minister when the minister is not present.

 

Previously, she held the following positions: Deputy Minister for Administration for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Lands, Mines, and Energy; Deputy Comptroller and Accountant General for Treasury Services Ministry of Finance; Executive Director for the Liberian Institute of Certified Public Accountants; and Operations Officer at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO-Liberia).

 

She embraces cultural diversity and is passionate about justice and integrity. She has a great desire to use her interpersonal and organizational abilities to explore innovations while serving diligently to accomplish institutional goals.
