A Class A Mining License is issued to a company that meets the requirements to be granted a Class A Mining License.
Requirements
1. Must have completed exploration over a green field exploration license area that was granted by the Ministry of Mines and Energy
2. Must have a Mineral Development Agreement with the Government of Liberia from:

4. Brown field area obtained through a competitive bidding process over an area that theGovernment of Liberia possesses geological datasets from previous exploration programs
