REQUIREMENTS FOR DIAMOND DEALER LICENSE
A Diamond Dealer License is issued to a Company that meets the requirements for the purchase and export diamond from Liberia. The holder of a Diamond Dealer License MUST purchase diamonds that have been certified by the Office of Precious Minerals Regional Coordinator through the issuance of a Mineral Voucher.
Requirements:
1. Cover Letter to the Minister of Mines and Energy
2. Notarized Articles of Incorporation
3. Business Registration Certificate
4. Filled in Application Form
5. Identity
6. Two passport-size photos
7. Performance Bond of $50,000.00 USD from a recognized in Liberia
8. Business Office in Monrovia

A Gold Dealer License is issued to a company that meets the requirements for the purchase and export of gold from Liberia. The holder of a gold dealer license MUST purchase gold from licensed gold brokers.
