Hon. Mulbah has more than fifteen (15) years of professional experience working both in the private and public sectors of the mining industry of Liberia.


In the private sector, he held positions such Senior Geologist and Assistant Chief Geologist for Putu Iron Ore Mining, a company that was exploring for iron ore in Liberia. He also served as a Geologist Assistant at Mano River Resources.


In the Public sector, he was seconded to the Ministry of Mines and Energy to serve as Inspector General for Mines and was later appointed to that same role.


He was later transferred to serve as the Director for the Bureau of Economic Forecast and Concession Appraisal and is currently serving as the Deputy Minister for Planning, Research and Development at the Ministry of Mines and Energy having been appointed by the President early in 2024.


He obtained a master degree in Engineering Management from the University of Newcastle, Australia and a bachelor degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Liberia.
