Hon. Cooper Paasewe is a Liberian public administrator and government official serving as Assistant Minister for Administration at the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), Republic of Liberia.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Accounting, with an emphasis in Public Administration, from the University of Liberia. He is also a candidate for a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) at the University of Liberia Graduate School, further advancing his academic and professional development in public administration and governance.

Hon. Paasewe brings professional experience from both the private and public sectors. His professional background includes serving as a Credit Specialist at Access Bank Liberia and providing administrative service at the House of Representatives of Liberia.

In his current role at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, he contributes to administrative leadership, institutional coordination, policy implementation, and the effective management of the Ministry’s operations. His professional experience in banking, legislative administration, and public service provides him with a broad perspective on financial management, organizational administration, and government operations.
